AI Hydra 64 HD Compatible Light Shade

Simple and elegant solution to blinding light spillage from the excellent aquarium light, the Aqua Illumination Hydra 64 HD. This solution is a simple light shade to ensure only the downward facing light escapes the hydra. This helps brings the viewers attention down to what should be the brightest object, the display aquarium. This is especially helpful for stopping the blinding light from the aquarium when the viewers are seated. Purposefully designed to maintain your PAR levels in the tank, this shade only prevents errant light from escaping and improves the view.

3d printed with extreme quality and detail, each shade fits the LED light fixture perfectly with a hardware free design. Easy on/off design for maintenance and cleaning of the light fixture.

ERC is now offering two styles of the Hydra 64 shade:

• Arm Mounted - Open back easy on/off shade, for use with the hydra flex arm or similar mounting arm to hold the light. These are open back to allow the mounting arm equipment to fit. This works with any mounting solution, be it an arm or hanging kit. This light shade can be added or removed without unplugging or turning off the light where the light is arm mounted.
• Hanging Kit Mounted -  Only for hanging kits - This version is fully enclosed with exception of a slot on the back for the power button and cord. You must unplug and remove the light fixture from the mount to place the light shade on but it features a fully enclosed back which provides 360 coverage.
