Shipping policy

All items from Eel River Coral are shipped via USPS, UPS, Fedex or DHL and a tracking number is provided at the time of shipment. Items marked with Free Shipping will ship via our discretion. Items that do not include free shipping will provide calculated rates for the customer to choose from. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed unless the shipping option states otherwise. 

International orders shipping fees are calculated at checkout, we provide a discounted shipping fee for international shipping to keep things as affordable as possible. We are unable to calculate your local taxes or duties that may be incurred from importing sold goods. Depending on your country's laws the carrier may be required to collect duties before the package may be released. International orders often will have more than one tracking number as they are transferred to your local delivery service for the "last leg" of the shipment.
